Return & Refund Policy
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the product is received in damaged condition.
For Returns & Exchanges for damaged product, customer should provide order box opening video without any edit, cut or pause.
Customer should inform through email regarding the product damage within 24 hours once received the order.
Chendhur Collections reserve the rights to refuse the returns or exchanges beyond 24 hours.
Customer should send back the damaged product to us with their own shipping cost.
Once we received and checked the damaged product, we will inform through email and send exchange if stock is available. Otherwise, we will refund the amount to customer’s bank account.
Cash refund is not possible.
Products under sale are not valid for refund or exchange.
During transit, earring’s back stem may be bent and one or two stones or beads fallen. These are not considered as damage or defect. Customer can easily stick the fallen stones by using glue.
Customer should make sure for aware of the product specifications and dimension details given by Chendhur Collections before placing order.
Once the product reached customer in good condition, return or refund is not possible for personal liking or non-suitability of the product will not be accepted.
Customer can feel free to make inquiry with us regarding the product before placing order.
